Open the creation menu from the Chats screen.
In the conversation menu, choose New group.
Choose people from your contacts and continue. If contacts access is not enabled, use an alternative invitation method.
Give the group a clear name such as Family or Friends. Add a group picture if available.
Make sure the new group appears in Chats. Send a first message to explain its purpose.
Open group details to view members and invitation controls.
Copy the invitation link or open the share sheet if supported. Keep private links private.
